The Grant
The Cystic Fibrosis Unit at Leeds uses saturation monitors to measure the oxygen level in the blood of Cystic Fibrosis patients who are unwell. This equipment was not available for purchase through the NHS. The Yorkshire Children's Hospital helped to fund two saturation monitors (£1000) and £460 for two wrist-worn models, as well as £442 for the accompanying software. The total grant was £3562.00.
